Super Workout is a super useful app which provides to you a lot of workout exercises.
You can modify a list of custom exercises for yourself or you can train with our default exercises.
For each exercise, we have a video so you can watch it and train correctly.
By checking calendar, you can check the workout results for the day that you choose.
We also made a chart to track your weight in the week, you can add your weight for each day to build the chart.
